In news containing the topic of the UPCA I was thinking it could either be Saturday or Sunday. If it was Saturday I might not be able to make it. Jeff was on today. He is a moderator for those of you that don’t know.

Here are important things he said today.

1. He likes the Ginats
2. They are looking into a whole list of things from themselves and ideas from us.
3. The lake will be open pretty soon. Doing a couple different things with it. As in swimming,rafts, and a new game!
4. They will make a lot more servers.
5. Can’t say for sure when cars will be ready
6. Working on mod program still and is not sure when they will be finished.
7. Some poeple did try to ahck but they were banend forever a while ago.
8. No set time for when beta stage will end.
9. Isn;t a big soccer fan. (darn i am)
10. He isn’t sure if betas will have to pay for membership when they make that.
11. But eventually betas will have to.
12. He isn’t sure about what the Town Hall is for.
13. Doesn’t think they will get any lawsuits from Club Penguin
14. He said Planet cazmo and Club Penguin are MMOS
15. MMOS means massively multiplayer online
16. He has played Club Penguin
17. He can’t exactly remember he CP name he said it was something like ihatbatman.
18. His favorite food is pizza
19. Ninjas do not have special powers.

Corvette your right. Your were the first to ask for second in command and I will give it to you. So everyone who asked to be second in command after he will now be in the poll for General automatically. I am sorry to everyone for making that mistake.

Also a few more updates to the U.P.C.A ideas that I have are below. I repeat this these ideas are pre-meeting meaning some will not be in existence. Meaning my ideas might be overruled by the other 2 members at the meeting and some of the ideas will change a little.

U.P.C.A Qualifications to Join

These rules do not apply to my army, Steveo’s army, or Ninja Cedar’s army because we are the founders of the UPCA

1. Must have a website for your army.

     ~Website can also be for other things.

2. Must have at-least 8 members in your army.

3. Must have organized ranks in the army.

    ~Decision of organization is up to Steveo, Ninja Cedar, and me.

4. Army must have won at-least 2 real, scheduled wars and participated in at-least 4 wars.

     ~Participated means joined in and any wars you win count for participation.

5. Must be an army for at-least 3 weeks.

     ~Meaning you can’t just start an army, get 8 people before 21 days  (3weeks) and just show-up to join.

I am also thinking we might allow high ranked members of the armies involved in the UPCA to attend meetings and discuss things. But first Steveo, Ninja Cedar, and me need to discuss it.

Fight for the good!

I request a meeting with StEvEo/Cpfanatic and Ninja Cedar immediately discussing the topic of Planet Cazmo Armies. I have some great ideas about forming a union otherwise know as U.P.C.A (Union of Planet Cazmo Armies). At the meeting I will discuss rules, regulations, and define more clearly what the U.P.C.A will stand for meaning what we will do, who is allowed to join, and why we would even do this.

 After this “meeting” is held I will post everything discussed about the U.P.C.A.

StEvEo and Ninja Cedar please comment on when a good date and time is for you.

I have added a flag to the Planet Cazmo Mafia. I think it represents us in a very good manner. The 2 beta hats in the flag represent that we are the first ever Planet Cazmo army and that we started during the Beta Era.
